We have a selection of off-the-shelf companies for sale with our Standard Package at £87 including VAT. Our Enhanced Package is also available for these companies for £117 including VAT.

We despatch the documentation immediately by first class post if you pay by credit card and inform us of the Registered Office, which must be in England or Wales. If payment is made by cheque, a week must be allowed for cheque clearance before we can despatch the documentation. You will need to complete Companies House forms 288a for appointment of director(s) and (if applicable) secretary. You will need to return the forms to us by post.

Changing the name of an off the shelf company is an additional £24 including VAT. It takes about a week.
